I'm Yasmina Siadatan — a commercial leader with a rare combination of national public profile, private equity board experience, and a track record of scaling SaaS revenue.

After LSE, my twenties began by co-founding an award-winning restaurant, and ended by winning the BBC's flagship show The Apprentice. I then managed operations across James Caan's private equity portfolio, after which I joined the founding leadership team at government-backed Start Up Loans. Most recently, I completed ten years as CRO at a PE-backed fintech in the SaaS sector, a sector which is now being dismantled and reconstructed by AI.

Hired and built the full commercial function, circa 50 FTE — marketing, sales teams, and customer success. Delivered 16% average YoY ARR growth over the final four years of tenure. Full ownership of brand identity, positioning, and marketing strategy throughout. Built and maintained a high-performance commercial culture with consistently low sales team attrition. Board member through PE transaction, accountable for all revenue due diligence and revenue forecasting presented to the board and investors, through to successful PE sale. Commercial stack included Salesforce across the full revenue function, and latterly the use of AI throughout the entire GTM function.
